Job Description :
This position is responsible for administration, testing and implementation of the Company learning management system (LMS).
Applies knowledge and technologies to the design and development of a Learning Management System. Uses analytical and statistical methods to assess, diagnose, and correct or improve the Learning Management System through an understanding of process design requirements, system interactions and application architecture.
This position is also responsible for administration of our gamified learning reinforcement platform as well as producing in the live virtual classroom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Monitor, evaluate and manage training activities in the Learning Management Systems (LMS). Support the back end development of the LMS.
Help ensures all employees are aware of training requirements.
2 Produce 1-2 live virtual classes per day in the virtual classroom.
3 Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula or courseware standards.
4 Utilize industry standard investigation, failure analysis, and corrective / preventative action tools when necessary to effectively to assess risk, investigate, and respond to complaints, non-conformances or deviations of the LMS.
Conduct testing of LMS database or programs.
5 Provide learning support and troubleshooting for the LMS system.
6 Work as part of a project team to support the further implementation and enhancement of user interfaces, document management and workflows and change control processes company-wide.
7 Interface with multiple functional groups and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum content and methods meet legal, regulatory and corporate objectives.
8 Participate in the development and implementation of classroom, web-based and other media training programs. Collaborate on training material integration into the LMS.
9 Administer system access rights to ensure security and integrity of Learning Management Systems
10 Provide input to Global Plateau Change Committee. Assist in the assessment, upgrade and deployment of change initiatives to support improved functionality and efficiencies of the system.
11 Keep abreast of developments in new technologies and techniques by reviewing current literature, participating in educational programs, attending workshops and professional conferences.
12 Establish and maintain a good rapport with all functional groups. Quickly engage with individuals involved in problems who need facilitation through to a successful resolution.
13 Manages user data upload process in the learning reinforcement platform to ensure accuracy and integrity of user database.
Manages the design, deployment and prize fulfillment of rewards program in the learning reinforcement platform.
14 Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
15 Promotes Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, leads by example and supports relevant programs in pursuing the provisions of a safe and secure workplace.

- Computer literate with proficiency in office applications, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics and statistical programs, and use of electronic quality and operational systems
Minimum Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors in related field (ex. HR, Instructional Design, Computer Science)
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a LMS administration role specifically with SAP SuccessFactors
- Customer Service
- Experience with SAP Success Factors
Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications :
- Familiarity outside of learning system admin piece
- Instructional design, quality / quality training
- Direct experience in the pharma industry
