Key ResponsibilitiesManage the implementation and configuration of the LMS, including migration from the existing platformOversee the administration and ongoing management of the LMS, ensuring it supports organizational learning objectivesDesign and execute compliance training campaigns, and provide user support and troubleshooting assistanceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in learning systems management or a related roleStrong knowledge of LMS implementation and administration, with preference for Cornerstone OnDemandProficiency in data management and analysis, particularly with ExcelFamiliarity with integration of learning systems with HR systems is a plus
