Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department
- Lead and prepare the pharmacy for audits, surveys, and pliance reviews
- Analyze and optimize pharmacy workflow to improve efficiency and patient care
- Ensure 340B program optimization and pliance
- Manage the implementation of new pharmacy software and hardware systems
- Conduct workforce analysis and make remendations for optimization
- Mentor and develop future pharmacy leaders within the organization
- Attend and contribute to pharmacy-related mittee meetings
