A company is looking for a Banking Customer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding banking services

Ensure adherence to established call procedures and customer service standards

Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner

Required Qualifications

Banking experience is a must

Experience in a high-volume call center environment

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Completion of a 3-4 weeks paid training program

Must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy in customer interactions
