🌟 Customer Service Representative

Start Date :  September 29, 2025

Shift Options :

  • Tuesday – Saturday | 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM
  • Sunday – Thursday | 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM
  • Friday – Monday | 11 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM

Training Schedule :  Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (Classroom + Floor Shadowing)

Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting major national accounts such as CVS, Walmart, Target, and Amazon. You’ll be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer needs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming work ticket orders via phone or electronically
  • Verify and qualify customer service requests
  • Dispatch purchase orders and coordinate technician check-ins
  • Provide prompt, knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, food service, or call center)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
