Must be located in TX, AZ, or CO
SCHEDULE :
- Must be willing to work within ALL hours of operation (Mon-Sun 7am-6pm MST)
- Non-Peak Season : September-October Mon-Sat, 8 - 5pm MST.
- Peak Season : Nov - Jan Mon-Sun, 7am - 6pm MST (Sunday availability will start 11 / 24 through EOA))
- Schedules are not set, shifts change every 2 weeks, and will likely work Saturdays
AT HOME ENVIRONMENT
- must be quiet and have zero distractions
- internet speed : 50mbps download (Wireless providers unacceptable)
- We will provide laptop, mouse, headset and magtek (credit card reader)
Description :
1.The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence.
2.Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
3.Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- Skills : Interpersonal skills, customer service experience, written and verbal communication, computer proficiency
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical Demands : Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and customers.
Manual dexterity required.
