Office Assistant
Compass Energy is looking to add an Office Assistant to our team! Compass Energy is a family-owned HVAC, propane, and fuel oil company based out of Laurel, Delaware offering professional 24-hour air conditioning repair, installations, and fuels services.
We are looking for a positive, reliable, and detail-oriented customer service representative to assess and support customer needs and to complete basic office tasks.
Description and job duties :
- Work independently as well as with others
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Answer the phone
- Assess customer needs
- Create invoices
- Create work orders
- Schedule customer appointments
- Use computer software (such as QuickBooks, Word, Excel, House Call Pro) to perform specific tasks such as data entry, scheduling, communication, information storage, etc.
