- Inform students about financial aid and payment plans.
- Resolve finance-related inquiries with professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions.

- Experience in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; finance education is a plus.

Pay Details : $17.00 per hour
