In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the catering department.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue sales leads in the South East region to generate new catering business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Create and present customized catering proposals and packages to clients
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the catering department
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering sales or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of hospitality and catering industry trends
- Experience in creating and presenting sales proposals
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as required
