We are seeking an Experienced Caregiver to join our team (Full Time or Part Time). The ideal candidate is caring, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Afternoon availability is required, but hours are flexible to ensure work-life balance. This role involves providing one-on-one support, implementing individualized care plans, and assisting individuals in achieving their personal and developmental goals.
Day to Day :
- Provide one-on-one support and compassionate care to individuals in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Implement individualized care plans that align with the recipient's goals and help them gain independence.
- Facilitate skill-building and engaging activities that stimulate personal development.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of the individual at all times.
- Assist individuals in nurturing their personal and developmental goals through consistent support and encouragement.
In order to qualify you need to be :
- at least 18 years of age.
- Able to pass a background and driving record check.
- Have a Valid driver’s license with car insurance and a clean driving record (no more than 3 points).
- Consistently Reliable
- Ability to complete required training before starting with a recipient (paid training provided).

Starting Pay : $15.85 - $16.85 per hour
