Position Overview :
As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions and legal matters.
You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys, providing legal expertise and strategic counsel to clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a top-tier law firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence, title examinations, and property assessments to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Represent clients in real estate transactions, including closings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay current with real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal advice.
- Prepare and present legal opinions, memoranda, and reports.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Colorado Bar
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong background in transactional and / or litigation matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and agreements.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
