Job Description

Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent - Tennant Improvement :

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Supervise and lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors in Arizona, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and safety.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Regularly inspect construction progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project reports, daily logs, and progress updates in Arizona

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent - Tennant Improvement will have :

  • Minimum of 4 years of building and construction experience is required.
  • Commercial construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
