Compliance / Legal - FinTech
A global company known for its innovative products and platforms, is looking for a Compliance / Legal professional to provide their expertise around financial services technology.
Seeking an experienced Compliance / Legal professional Leader to enhance compliance capabilities and provide independent assurance on risk management, governance, and internal control processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage compliance monitoring, leveraging data analytics to identify risks and provide insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with management, offering value-added services and acting as a resource on internal controls.
- Understand complex technology stacks and emerging compliance issues, particularly in payments / fintech compliance
- Collaborate with business partners to assess regulatory frameworks and their applicability.
- Develop and apply advanced compliance monitoring techniques, including continuous risk assurance and data analysis
Experience / Required Skills :
- At least 10 years in compliance / legal with hands-on experience complaince assurance or monitoring
- Performed risk assessments and identifying controls, creating common controls frameworks
- Deep knowledge of BSA / AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions controls
- Familiarity with compliance testing methodologies and risk management principles
- Bachelor’s degree in law, risk, business, or related fields.
