Pay Range : $80 - $84 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as support for the Marketing Specialist as a Promo Mats routing expert or go-to contact for multiple Agencies and Content Owners (or Product Managers).
- Perform detailed quality checks of materials before routing agenda and throughout the Promo Mats lifecycle.
- Shepherd materials through Promo Mats lifecycle, ensure to meet all deadlines for the Content Owners is essential to the team.
- Forward all commercially, branded, released jobs to Publishing / Regulatory for final 2253 / Submit to Health Authority status prior to releasing job to originator(s) for intended use.
- Manage and track RC submissions and prioritize all RC activities for the overall review process within the team.
- Monitor on a weekly basis the status of all jobs and work with job originators and agencies to ensure timely closure of each job submission.
- Attend monthly Gatekeeper Meetings with other RCPLs to keep up with PromoMats best practices and process changes.
- Maintain active communication with stakeholders to ensure overall efficient and effective review process is implemented.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
- Key Skills : Review Committee (RC), Promo Mats, Regulatory Affairs
- Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) degree is preferred, scientific or marketing degree is a plus.
- Promo Mats experience is highly preferred.
- Agile, able to multitask and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, innovative and performance driven environment
- High attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player
- Location : Bridgewater, NJ (Moving to Morristown, NJ)
