PositionOverview :
Our client seeks a dedicated StaffPharmacist located south of Montpelier VT. The role involvesperforming professional pharmacy functions in an institutionalsetting.
Tasks include reviewing physician orders for therapyappropriateness resolving order irregularities and ensuringmedication safety.
Knowledge of highalert / highrisk medications andstandard safety protocols is required. The pharmacist must engagewith physicians and health personnel to ensure optimal patientcare.
PositionQualifications :
Bachelor's or Doctorate degree inPharmacy. Minimum of one year of pharmacy experience. Hospitalpharmacy experience. Strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred : 35years of pharmacyexperience.
