Job Description :
- Provide clinical athletic training service for Bellin Health clinics under the direction of a designated physician.
- Educate patients, student-athletes and public on health, wellness, prevention and treatment of injuries, along with the delivery of treatment of rehabilitation and clinical athletic trainer services, under the rules and regulations of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), and the state governing board.
- Possess skills needed to deliver patient-centered care as members of an interdisciplinary team, emphasizing evidence-based practice, quality improvement approaches, healthcare informatics and professionalism.
- This position will support the Orthopedic Clinic and Walk In Injury Clinic within Titletown Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, and our Trauma Clinic on the Bellin Hospital campus.
Qualifications :
- WI Athletic Trainer license and Board of Certification (BOC) certified required.
- Successful graduation from an Athletic Training Residency program preferred.
- Experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer in an Outreach, Rehab or Physician Practice setting providing injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic-related injuries preferred.
