ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Tracking of mandatory employee training.
  • Incident reporting
  • Employee incident investigations
  • Monitor employee time entry
  • Assist with departmental employee scheduling
  • Onboard new hires in Paycor system & Orientation
  • Setting up the quarterly team member appreciation luncheon
  • Payroll reporting
  • Assist with special projects as requested by management.
  • Participate in department process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned with regards to accounting.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

  • Must have ability to multi-task
  • Good verbal / written communication skills
  • Experience with Excel required
  • Experience with Word, M3, OnQ, and Paycor preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

  • Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • May be required to regularly lift and / or move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds and infrequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be capable of effectively using close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
  • Able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
  • Work environment may be frequently stressful.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, use arms, vision, hands and legs repetitively; handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls;

reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to walk, climb or balance, talk and hear.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS :

  • High school education required. College degree preferred to support on-the-job effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are expected.
  • Must be able to work in team environment
  • Ability for confidentiality is paramount
  • HR experience is required
  • Accounting background is preferred, but not required.
  • Hotel experience is preferred but not required
