ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Tracking of mandatory employee training.
- Incident reporting
- Employee incident investigations
- Monitor employee time entry
- Assist with departmental employee scheduling
- Onboard new hires in Paycor system & Orientation
- Setting up the quarterly team member appreciation luncheon
- Payroll reporting
- Assist with special projects as requested by management.
- Participate in department process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned with regards to accounting.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Good verbal / written communication skills
- Experience with Excel required
- Experience with Word, M3, OnQ, and Paycor preferred, but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- May be required to regularly lift and / or move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds and infrequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be capable of effectively using close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
- Able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
- Work environment may be frequently stressful.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, use arms, vision, hands and legs repetitively; handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls;
reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to walk, climb or balance, talk and hear.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS :
- High school education required. College degree preferred to support on-the-job effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are expected.
- Must be able to work in team environment
- Ability for confidentiality is paramount
- HR experience is required
- Accounting background is preferred, but not required.
- Hotel experience is preferred but not required
