Salary / Pay Rate :

$1,213 per 1 credit with upward adjustment for years of service at Marist College. Pay may vary depending on credits pertaining to online, graduate, music, or lab courses.

Job Summary :

Marist College invites applications for the position of Part-Time Faculty, Accounting for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate-level accounting courses such as Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, etc.

All courses will be taught using a combination of on-ground and online methods, with synchronous components. Strong technology skills are necessary.

Instructors should have familiarity with learning management systems or a willingness to learn skills for effective online, hybrid, or blended instruction.

Minimum Qualifications :

Master's degree in Accounting or related field.

Essential Functions :

Part-Time Faculty, Accounting will be guided by a syllabus set for the course. Selected finalists will be responsible for delivering content, assessing learning, and maintaining active communication with students.
