Duties :
- Manage all aspects of estate administration and probate proceedings.
- Assist clients with drafting and executing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Represent clients in probate court hearings and other legal proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning and administration matters.
- Handle guardianship and conservatorship matters.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
- 1-6 years of experience practicing law, focusing on estate administration and probate.
- Knowledge of estate planning principles and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education :

Certifications :
Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
