IT Finance Manager IV

The Associate IT Finance Manager will report directly to the Associate Director of IT Finance supporting the office of the CIO.

The Associate IT Finance Manager is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and managing the overall IT spend. This role will be the conduit between IT and Corporate Finance.

The Associate IT Finance Manager should have a strong financial analysis background with proven career progression, problem solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities : Manage : Leads the development and execution of the IT Financial Management operations, ensuring that the IT Budget is adequately managed and reportedDevelop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections and operating forecastLead the financial planning activities with the IT Leadership Team supporting them with data-driven analysis to help the organization make wise investmentsEstablish and maintain relationships with the Finance TeamEnsure all financial tasks and processes are complaint with Corporate Finance policiesAbility to have in-depth conversations with finance teams on financial accounting policies, practices, tools, and techniques and apply them specifically to our IT processAbility to influence IT leadersFinancial Management : Prepare monthly capital and expense projections for finance, providing variance analysis comparing actual spend vs.

budget and forecastPerform and coordinate project-based financial analysis and modeling to support capital and operational spend, including assisting in business case preparation and submission for financial investmentSupport the IT Leaders in the creation of project authorization to gain funding for IT InvestmentsDevelop a process to track and manage benefits after a project is completedDevelop and implement chargeback processesLead the month end process, ensuring all accruals and reclasses are in place in the proper periodExperience managing and analyzing cloud costs to enable spend optimizationAnalyze, optimize, and implement cost optimization actions over different cloud services Job specifications : Bachelors Degree3+ years relevant work experienceSAP knowledge preferredStrong, effective interpersonal, oral / written communicationStrong critical thinking skillsA strong understanding of cloud technology, financial management principles, and data analysis.

Skilled in using tools and software to manage and analyze cloud spending data, such as cloud cost management platforms and data analytics tools.

Compensation : The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
