Job Overview

Winston retail www.WinstonRetail.com is hiring Customer Experience Visual Support team members to help launch a dynamic, discovery-driven pop-up concept in SoHo. This immersive retail space blends rotating assortments, creative collaborations, and bold visual storytelling to create a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. As part of this three-month activation, you’ll play a behind-the-scenes role in keeping the store guest-ready, product flowing, and the experience seamless.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise daily to ensure product availability
• Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom
• Support Retail Merchandisers with product placement and execution
• Reporting to Team Lead, monitor inventory and flag any concerns to leadership
• Assist guests on the sales floor when needed
• Submit visit reports and photos via the Winston App
• Follow Winston and retailer policies and procedures
