Trust Officer - Full Time

Trust Officers are responsible for administering first-party trust accounts for minors and adults, created as a result of a legal judgment or settlement.

This is a remote position, but prefer the candidate to reside in Florida.

You will work with beneficiaries and their families and assist in managing the trust responsibly and professionally. You will develop a one-on-one relationship with your clients and develop spending plans, manage expectations, and connect the clients and their families with resources that may be available to them.

You will need to be detail-oriented and able to review trust instruments, including Special Needs Trusts and irrevocable estate planning trusts, to ensure they are administered according to the terms of the trust.

Limited travel may be required to visit clients or attend relevant attorney meetings or hearings.

Qualifications for this position :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • First-party trust administration experience
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Ability to be organized and detailed while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to speak Spanish helpful

Preferred Experience :

  • Nursing, legal, or social work background
  • Trust experience
  • Organizational and planning skills

Salary : $75,000 to $125,000 annually

This is a remote position, but prefer the candidate to reside in Florida.
