Progyny is seeking a strategic and client-focused Sr. Director of Member Growth Marketing to lead the client services arm of our Member Growth Marketing team.
This role will be instrumental in growing member acquisition by working with our clients to launch best-in-class marketing campaigns to their populations.
What you’ll do...
- Lead and mentor a team of client-facing member growth marketers to meet or exceed member acquisition targets.
- In close collaboration with client success, build strong partnerships with clients that generate excitement around a shared acquisition goal.
- Develop marketing frameworks to effectively reach diverse audiences across channels, balancing customization with scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics and refine strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Create and maintain a playbook of best practices for member outreach and engagement.
About you...
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a client-facing growth marketing role, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies at scale, particularly in high-growth environments.
- Data-driven and results-oriented approach to marketing.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Bonus points for experience in healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary wage range for NYC-based applicants is : $155,000 - $165,000.
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required.
Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
