A key member of the People & Performance team, the Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing & implementing learning & development programs to support CLEAR team members across our corporate offices.
This includes the assessment of employee needs, designing & facilitating programs & processes, providing data-driven results to leadership on learning outcomes, vendor management, & administration of key L&D systems.
This position serves a critical role in driving CLEARs culture of high performance & engagement.
What You Will Do :
- Build, design, & identify learning resources & programs to support the continued development of all CLEAR employees.
- Serve as a learning & talent development strategic advisor by partnering with internal stakeholders to assess training needs & implement learning programs to drive business outcomes.
- Facilitate, deliver, & iterate on key L&D programs, such as new hire orientation.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends within the Learning & Development space to continuously improve existing L&D programs, evaluate new & existing partners / vendors, & strategically engage with internal & external partners to keep CLEAR on the cutting edge of L&D best practices.
- Build & refine mechanisms to evaluate program effectiveness & analyze data to identify opportunities to more closely align program & learning outcomes with business goals.
Who You Are :
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development in fast-paced & high-growth companies, & a Bachelors degree.
- Experience in coaching & providing training for business partners & managers at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles & methodologies.
- Expert facilitation skills with the ability to lead both virtual & in-person workshops.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, influencing, & relationship-building across functions & levels.
- Best-in-class communication skills (written & verbal), with an ability to distill complex concepts into digestible & easy-to-understand ideas.
- Instructional & Learning Design certification a plus

The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance.
The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
