LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing company located in Everett, WA.
This person will be responsible for leading the day-to-day HR programs to support key business groups. The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid HR generalist background and have strong knowledge in employee relations, recruiting and compliance.
What you’ll be doing :
- Oversee HR activities and ensure company is in compliance with policies and laws
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and work with managers to resolve employee relations issues
- Partner with HR Manager on oversight of HR practices and processes to support employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll and compliance
- Provide support for full cycle recruiting activities
- Provide assistance with pre-employment and onboarding activities
- Provide performance management guidance to managers to ensure proper coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions are taking place
- Build strong relationships with both employees and business leaders across the organization
Qualifications needed :
- 3 plus years of high performing HR generalist experience with expertise in employee relations, recruiting, compliance, payroll and benefits
- Ability to partner with cross functional teams to deliver effective HR solutions
- Experience managing HR programs and policies
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
- Experience working in healthcare organization ideal
- HR, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification a plus
