Please note :

• This position is located on-site at our Minneapolis facility in New Hope, MM, and is eligible for full-time employee candidates only (no consultants or contractors).
• The salary for this position pays between $175,000.00 USD and $215,000.00 USD per year depending on qualifications and experience.

The Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Research & Development (R&D complex oral solids generics focus) is a key leadership role in Global Scientific Affairs responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of R&D projects within the organization, focusing on complex oral solid generics. This individual will report to the Chief Scientific Officer to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, meet their objectives, and align with the company's strategic goals.
