The Sales Operations Specialist will work directly with the Sales Operations Assistant Manager to accomplish a variety of tasks and projects to assist and support the sales field.

What you will do in your role :

• Create and upload requested RCTV videos to Catalyst and Zipline
• Help build out Zipline Library and update resources
• Update content on company communication management systems
• Track usage of company communication management systems
• Edit or create apps and PDFs within the digital platform as requested
• Create modules, guides, and skill drills for training purposes
• Assist with answering phone calls for the department
• Edit screenshots or photos for training resources for the department
• Answer and work emails sent to the department

Job Requirements :

• Self-starter with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while still working on team goals.
• Ability to provide suggestions and perspective
• Correct grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail are a must
• Knowledge in Adobe programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Premier Pro (preferred)
• Knowledge of Office 365 products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
• Knowledge in Communication Management Systems (preferred)
