Position : Sitework Director of Construction
Compensation : $135K - $145K + 20% annual bonus
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sitework Director of Construction to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in earthwork and utility contracting across residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all sitework construction activities for residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.
- Oversee earthwork and utility projects from planning through completion.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Provide leadership and direction to construction teams.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in earthwork and utility contracting.
- Proven track record in managing site development for residential, commercial, and multi-family construction projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate if necessary.
