Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise Warehouse Operations : Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, loading, and unloading of trucks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely and efficient movement of products, and minimize discrepancies.

Forklift Operation : Safely operate a sit-down propane forklift to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.

Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance : Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among the team.

Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Forklift Certification : Valid forklift certification with experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and handle up to 35 pounds and perform tasks that require physical exertion.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.

Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.

Organizational Skills : High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
