Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of People & Talent and hiring managers to scope roles, attract, and onboard top talent
Own and streamline HR operations including onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance processes
Design initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and culture
Required Qualifications
3-6+ years of experience in HR / People Ops, preferably in a startup or growth-stage environment
A proven track record of proactively solving problems
Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
Ability to balance compliance with empathy and flexibility
Curiosity and drive to improve systems and processes
