- Manage a caseload of daily valued plans which include 401(k), 403(b), Profit Sharing, Cash Balance and ESOP
- Act as subject matter expert on compliance issues
- Annual administration & valuation including testing, financials and tax form 5500.
- Process plan terminations and plan installations

- 8+ years TPA retirement plan administration experience ("A-Z") on audit sized plans
- Exceptional compliance testing and 5500 form filing experience
- Trust Accounting & asset reconciliation experience
- Experience with M&As preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organization & communication skills
- ASPPA designation highly desired (or willingness to pursue)
