Now Hiring : Regional Director of Operations RDO
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to facility administrators and staff to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple recuperative care facilities, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess facility performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement best practices in care delivery and service excellence.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for facility staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare partners, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements for Regional Director of Operations :
- Strong Leadership experience and qualities
- Behavior management experience and / or certification like LSW, MSW, LCSW or the like
- Experience with the homeless population
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the homeless population.
- US Army experience a plus
- Experience in the medical field eg. EMT, Paramedic a plus
