Job Summary :

Crush Real Estate Group, a leading real estate team in Richmond, is seeking a motivated and licensed Realtor to join our team as a full-time, commission-only Sales Agent.

In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of residential real estate properties in the local market.

As a member of our team, you will have access to top-notch resources, training, and support to help you succeed and grow your real estate career.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a commission-only sales position, with the potential to earn a significant income based on your individual performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect, qualify, and acquire new clients through various lead generation methods, such as networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Educate clients on current real estate market trends, pricing, and the home buying / selling process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on current real estate trends and property values.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and assist with negotiations to secure a successful purchase.
  • List and market properties for sale, including coordinating professional photography, preparing marketing materials, and holding open houses.
  • Maintain communication and provide updates to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry changes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members and industry professionals to ensure a smooth and successful transaction for clients.

Requirements :

  • Active real estate license in the state of Virginia.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of current real estate laws, trends, and market conditions.
  • Proficiency with technology and industry-specific software.
  • Must be able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
