Duties :
- Represent clients in personal injury cases with dedication and legal expertise.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Prepare and organize cases for trial, including managing evidence and witness preparation.
- Advocate effectively on behalf of clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
- Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve fair outcomes for clients.
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Wisconsin (Wisconsin State Bar).
- Proven experience in personal injury law, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Certifications :
JD degree from an accredited law school.
Skills :
- Expertise in personal injury litigation and case management.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle complex cases and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
