Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and reconciliations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the accounts payable function.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or relevant finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
