IL GATTOPARDO, legendary Italian fine dining located in midtown Manhattan, looking for an experienced and passionate LEAD LINE COOK to join the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in an upscale to fine dining environment
- Culinary certificate or degree preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of both, classic culinary techniques and current industry trends
- Ability to multi-task and remain cool under fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and use of authentic ingredients and techniques
