Job Description
Lead business development efforts to bring Sutter Health’s cutting-edge digital and clinical innovations to market. Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with external partners, including employers, health systems, payers, and other organizations to expand access to Sutter-developed solutions. In addition to driving go-to-market strategies and revenue growth for a portfolio of innovative solutions designed to improve health outcomes for target populations, this role shapes the organization’s overall product delivery methodology. This includes building, maintaining, and optimizing implementation, account management, marketing, sales, and sales operations approaches, while overseeing a multidisciplinary team working across these functions. It is a strategic leadership role with experience building customer delivery and success programs that ensure lasting value and measurable impact for partners and populations served.
We expect strong demand for the solutions we’re bringing to market, but our priority is leaders who, while experienced in sales, are primarily focused on building a scalable customer success, implementation, and delivery organization. Because of this emphasis, the role does not include variable compensation tied to sales as is typical for sales leaders. Instead, we want the focus to remain on delivery excellence, with sales viewed as a natural outcome of doing that well.

Pay Range : $88.29 to $141.27 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
