Position Overview CREO, an innovative management consulting and advisory firm, is seeking an Analyst to join their rapidly growing team.

CREO Analysts support a variety of projects collaborating with senior staff to assist in finding solutions to our client’s most complex challenges.

The Analyst role is an entry level position with high growth potential and the opportunity to help create impact to transform business operations.

An Analyst is professional, highly motivated, strong communicator with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

He / she must be able to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects, quickly distill essential information, and synthesize it in appealing client-ready deliverables.

This is a local hybrid role that could involve some travel. Performance Objectives Assist senior staff across multiple practice areas, projects, and clients.

Analysts provide support for multiple clients and assist multiple workstreams and projects. They create and deliver high-quality, high impact deliverables against tight deadlines.

Prepare client-ready deliverables. Analysts design client ready presentations in a way that is insightful and visually appealing.

They provide support creating spreadsheets, models, PowerPoint decks and status reports. Collect data for analysis of business problems.

Analysts interview client key stakeholders, research, gather, and organize information, analyze data, and prepare reports that summarize findings.

They prepare Excel models to analyze various aspects of client information such as financial data, market segmentation, cost reduction models, and employee data.

Analysts conduct vendor interviews and research, create customer surveys, and produce reports. Record information and disperse it to those who need it.

Analysts assist senior staff in recording and summarizing internal and external meeting minutes. They communicate effectively and concisely.

Experience 0-2 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer / data sciences, or scientific field Exceptional verbal and writing skills Demonstrated expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint preferred. Ability to work on tight deadlines, multi-task, and manage multiple shifting priorities.

Nice to Have Experience in life science or healthcare. Knowledge of qualitative methodologies and problem solving and decision-making models.
