Beacon Hill is actively seeking an experienced Employment Attorney available for a full-time, in-office opportunity to join a BUSY legal team at a global, public state- related research University.

Responsibilities / Qualifications :
- Candidates considered for this role will provide expert guidance on employment law matters and manage a team of legal professionals supporting organizations with over 10,000 employees.
- Must have substantial experience in employment relations, including compliance, workplace policies, and employee relations.
- Proven business partner experience is essential for collaborating with various departments to align legal strategies with business objectives.
- Candidates must be available to work in the office 5 days a week in person, totaling 40+ hours.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to analyze and communicate complex legal issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are critical for success in this role.
- Must possess strong technical skills, including familiarity with document management systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office.
