Labor and Employment Junior/Midlevel Associate

Seeking a junior or midlevel associate with two to four years of large law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in our Philadelphia office.

The successful applicant must possess excellent academic credentials and writing skills as well as employment law or general litigation experience.

The candidate ideally will have meaningful experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, ERISA or securities litigation, class / collective action litigation, and / or investigations.
