Responsibilities :
- Accounts payable processing invoices including vendor contact and issue resolution
- Managing weekly check runs
- Payroll for 50 employees through ADP
- Reconciling credit card bills
- Back-up for Accounts Receivable and Purchase Orders processing
Background Expected :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable
- General accounting knowledge and understanding (GAAP) and familiarity with payroll processing
