LHH is currently looking for legal professionals who have Estate Planning experience to join one of our clients in Downtown Detroit, Michigan as a Estate Planning Legal Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Estate Planning experience and has worked with high-net worth clients.

Duties :
- Must be able to gather estate and trust documentation and other relevant estate planning information
- Communicate with multiple parties such as : Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors and Tax Managers, etc
- Must be able to review documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Buy / Sell Agreements, etc.
- Must be able to identify and communicate opportunities that would better help clients achieve goals
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience working in the trust / estate planning field preferably in complex estates with an understanding of trusts
