Southeast Hydraulic Regional Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Meet individual and Company sales goals to increase market share
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers at key accounts
  • Develop sales plans for the territory and account to target with the Sales Director
  • Conduct sales outreach calls to identify new opportunities
  • Document all sales and client activities in the Company’s CRM and actively add and advance client opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
  • Conduct product and sales training presentations and where applicable, work with the Sales Engineering Director on "field" applications
  • Participate in training and sales coaching programs

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • BS or AS Degree
  • Hydraulic industry knowledge, preferred
  • Minimum 5 years Outside Sales experience in hydraulic or related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
