Summary
The Sr. Analyst, Accounting acts as the financial advisor and consultant for its cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Facilities & Corporate Services, Security, Corporate Legal, and Corporate Finance.
This role reports to the Director, Corporate Accounting and works closely to oversee the Corporate P&L, providing monthly commentary and financial analysis and insights into functional spend.
This is an onsite roll in Racine, WI
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Partner with the Real Estate, Facilities and Corporate Services and Security teams to :
Drive functional expense management, including budgeting / forecasting and related charge outs ( Occupancy)
Partner with cross functional teams to identify and drive functional cost savings opportunities; support contract negotiations with facilities and corporate services vendors
Manage and forecast capital spending for real estate and facilities projects; support lease vs. buy analyses
Develop MEAs for real estate, facilities and / or security investments and direct fixed asset closeouts and retirements
Manage and forecast functional expenses for Corporate Finance & Corporate Legal
Support legal expense management and ensure compliance with accounting and charge out policies
Oversee Corporate P&L, providing monthly commentary for Sr. Director / Corporate Controller and financial analysis and insights into functionals
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional partners and advise on financial concepts
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies :
Strong analytical skills, particularly DCF and financial statement analysis
Demonstrates initiative; has strong communication skills with all levels of the organization
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and BPC-FIN
Real estate finance desirable but not required
