ServiceNowTechnicalSpecialist with expertise in ServiceProviders and platformstrategy. Work directly with customers to capturebusiness and userrequirements and communicate those requirements to theplatformteam.
This role will define detailed stories and epics withapplicableacceptance criteria in collaboration with product ownersand development teamand facilitate meetings with internal technicaland operational teams.
Inaddition this role will be responsible forauthoring content and peerreviewing a wide array of documentsincluding functional technical trainingas well as planning androadmaps.
1) Lead meetings with system ownersand customers to gather business requirements.
2) Elicit analyze communicate and validate requirementsfor business processes accurately translating them into functionaland technical requirements for the development team.
3) Collecting organizing and analyzing data
4) Understand complex business problems and opportunitiesin the context of the requirements and help recommend solutionsthat enable the organization to achieve its goals.
5) Ability to facilitate technical discussions andanticipate mitigate and resolve risks and issues within aninformation technology environment.
6) Managestakeholders collect requirements and design solutions to meetbusiness process and application requirements.
7) Experience delivering ServiceNow developmentcapabilities to an enterprise organization.
8)Conducting industry competitive and State analyses (strategicfinancial operational) business case development as well as marketresearch for benchmarking
9) Translatestechnical complexities to business owners to drivesolutions.
10) Working as part of an integratedproject team leveraging Agile and Scrum
