Youll be successful at this role if you have
Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in designing, developing and generating reports from a relational database application
3 years experience leading teams as a project manager and / or a business analyst
Association Management System / CRM experience (Momentive Softwares NetForum preferred)
Relational database, SQL, MRS, Salesforce Programmer experience
PMP, BA, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Solid understanding of the principles of database design, implementation and business process workflow
Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and quality control skills, troubleshooting skills, and experience with numerous environments and architectures
Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling tools.
