Executive Leadership
- Executive-level presence, the ability to influence senior leaders and high-priority customers
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership and show decisiveness when advising changes to the technology roadmap
- Build, lead, and motivate a cohesive SW / FW team
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective integration
Software-Firmware Development :
- Define and own the execution of the software and firmware development roadmap, aligning with company goals and objectives
- Ensure ongoing optimization of procedures and systems to drive product performance
- Establish and manage the necessary infrastructure and platforms to support initiatives
Strategy and Vision :
- Lead the exploration of new technologies, trends, and advancements to maintain a competitive edge
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with key customers and potential customers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS / Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in relevant software / firmware development
- Deep understanding of interconnectivity technologies such as PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing technical teams
- Expertise related to Hyperscale data center deployments
- Hands-on technical experience with the development of Linux / Windows kernels and drivers, systems, embedded FW development, BIOS
