Job Summary :
As the Sr. Manager of Engineering / Maintenance, you'll oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance functions within our manufacturing facility.
Your primary goal is to ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of our plant equipment and systems while driving continuous improvement and supporting our overall business objectives.
Job Duties :
- Leadership : Lead and manage a team of engineers and maintenance mechanics.
- Operations : Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Projects : Manage capital projects from inception to completion.
- Safety : Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Technology : Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering and maintenance technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and industry best practices.
