A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers through live chat, email, and internal workflows using Intercom and other tools
Handle transactional conversations, including account updates and billing-related questions
Collaborate with the Customer Support team and manage assigned Intercom queues for timely responses
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a customer-facing support or administrative role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or self-care industry
Ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate tools like Intercom and Salesforce
Strong organizational skills and appreciation for structured processes
Eager to learn and grow into more strategic customer success roles
Enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
