We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to convert complex information into clear, concise documentation.

You will collaborate with various teams to create, maintain, and update technical documents, manuals, and guides, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Documentation Creation : Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaboration : Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product teams to gather information and understand the technical aspects of our products and services.
• Content Review and Editing : Edit, standardize, or revise materials prepared by other team members or departments to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Formatting and Design : Use templates and style guides to format documents appropriately, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance.
• Knowledge Management : Maintain and update a knowledge base for internal and external users, incorporating feedback and improving documentation based on user experience.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all technical documents are free from errors, easy to understand, and comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Project Management : Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technical or entertainment industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, or RoboHelp.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Pay : $85,000 - $155,000

Additional Requirements :
